Our Day at the Beach

Had a nice breakfast in camp and then drove the lighthouse route to Bridgewater. Did a couple of Guy Frenchys stores (Maritime thrift stores). It is at least twice as far on that route but a lot more scenic than on Hwy 103. It seemed like we were travelling around Europe

first in West Berlin and then in East Berlin.


The sun stayed out just long enough for us to "go to the beach". We went to Carters Beach a little south of Summerville. Talk about private, everyone must have thought it was winter.

We stopped at the Sea Side Restaraunt for "the best clams in the world". Well we had only had them once before so we couldn't really compare, but they were goooood!!!
