You would never quess how excited we got, sun at last. Rick & I took a drive out to Hall's Harbour and the sun came out. Yipee! It was a very picturesque fishing village on the NS side of the Bay of Fundy and they were selling lobster for $5.95 per pound. Lobster dinner there was $14.95 which is very reasonable.
Then we carried on to the Look Off a high point overlooking the Annapolis Valley and area. We stopped for pie and coffee in the little restaurant there and Jackie (the cook and baker) & Jennifer the waitress (a student from Kentville in her 2nd year of studies on Tourism Management). They were both very interesting to talk to and the pie was fabulous!
Glad you are finally getting some good weather. Sounds like you are having a good time. The pie looks good.
